Brain Hemisphere Synchronization
From the script:
Our brain consists of two halves, the so-called hemispheres. Both sides are connected by a neural structure called corpus callosum. Our right brain works mainly with feelings, plays a major role in our intuition, in creativity and controls the left half of the body. The left brain is responsible for logic and language and controls the right half of the body. It is rather logical, rational and “thinks” analytically.
By synchronizing the two hemispheres of the brain, complaints such as depressive disorders or chronic frustrations can be reduced. In addition, the brain hemispheres synchronize leads to a better ability to think, the thought processes of the two hemispheres of the brain are better coordinated with each other. The brain wave patterns of the right and left hemispheres of the brain are similar. You think more holistically, combine intuitive and logical elements with each other and thus achieve a more comprehensive and effective way of thinking and acting.
If your two hemispheres of the brain have similar activities, you usually feel happier, healthier, more optimistic, more emotionally stable and less prone to mental disorders. You reach a high level of synchronization when meditating and when you have found a way to be very satisfied with your life.
